The Monthly Performance Package is designed for individuals who want measurable progress in how they move, feel, and perform—not just a one-time consultation. Through three personalized coaching sessions plus weekly support, you receive a practical plan to improve mobility, endurance, tendon resilience, coordination, joint comfort, and movement confidence.
We begin by assessing your current movement patterns, including gait, balance, coordination, breathing, and jump readiness. From there, we introduce progressive New Jump Swing training, including forward, backward, and multi-directional rope movement carefully adjusted to your age, fitness level, joint condition, and cardiovascular capacity.
Each session includes a personalized movement plan with short, practical exercises designed to fit into daily life in as little as 10–20 minutes per day.
Between sessions, you receive:
• One scheduled weekly coaching call
• Progress reviews and accountability support
• Practical movement adjustments when needed
• Guidance to help prevent setbacks before they interrupt progress
For clients training for athletic events—including marathons, triathlons, tennis, golf, martial arts, running events, and other sports—additional coaching support may be provided to help integrate rope training, conditioning, movement efficiency, and sports nutrition into an existing program.
Book purchase is required, as the training text serves as the coaching foundation for movement assignments, nutrition guidance, diagrams, and program progression.
