Our 45‑minute Consultation Single Session is your focused entry point into the PDN New Jump Swing Longevity system. Before we touch a rope, we map how you move today - joints, tendons, balance, and breathing - so we can start protecting the way you want to move for the next decade, not just the next workout.

We use New Jump Swing rhythmic jump rope patterns and related drills to gently explore your tendon resilience, joint load tolerance, and elastic recoil. You leave with 2 - 3 precise movement assignments you can practice at home in 10 - 20 minutes a day, plus safety cues for your knees, hips, and back.

Because this work is system-driven, book purchase is required before your session. That text becomes your playbook between calls, so our time together is spent refining mechanics, not guessing.
